Nico Fitness is currently in beta. By joining our waitlist and participating in the beta program, you acknowledge that:

• Features may change without notice
• Data loss may occur (though we take precautions to prevent this)
• The service may experience downtime

You agree to:

• Not attempt to circumvent security measures

Nico Fitness and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nico Fitness and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
